"Eva is such a rare gem in the industry in that she so effortlessly weaves together her love for spirituality and mind-body somatic practices with her strong expertise and knowledge of the writing, editing, and publishing processes. By the end of a coaching session, I feel grounded, in touch with my body, and confident to tackle the next steps in my creative process. I highly recommend working with Eva if you want a coach that will not only help you with your external goals but help transform your creative life from the inside out."

A Book

Embodied Writing is having CLARITY & INTENTION in your writing practice. It's trading in perfection for SELF-COMPASSION to find your voice and build your writing skills, so you can step forward with CONFIDENCE, even when you feel resistance or fear.

Have you ever thought or said something like this?

“I never finish my creative projects.”

“I just can’t seem to consistently create."

"I don't have the time or the energy to write."

“I haven’t written in so long; I am not really a writer anymore."

“I’m too old to be a writer.”

“I am scared of what people will think of my work.”

“My writing is not good enough.”

"I'll start when [fill in the blank]"

"I don't know where to start, or what to write about."

Have you been denying your creative dreams? Are you waiting to step into the literary spotlight?

You are not alone. Over the last decade I have helped everyone from celebrities and bestselling authors, world-renowned experts, to budding writers and first-time authors through the creative process. No matter who you are, how far you’ve come, or how masterful you are at your craft, as writers, we all come across similar obstacles and moments of self-doubt.

Embodied Writing & Creativity Coaching can help you to . . .

What is Embodied Writing & Creativity Coaching?

Through my training with the Embody Lab, a somatic trauma-informed coaching approach, combined with my years of experience walking authors through each stage of the writing process, I help you navigate the inner journey and struggles we all face as writers. Mind-body coaching is not therapy, but a way to connect to resources already within you and equip you with exercises and practical tools to manage creative obstacles as they come up. This may include grounding exercises, habit-setting, creating an intentional writing ritual, and practices to step into your confident inner author. My Embody Lab training draws from body-centered coaching practices, including Gestalt, Hakomi, Focusing, Body-Mind Centering, Somatic Experiencing, the Expressive Arts, Strozzi Somatic Coaching, Somatic Stress Release, and Mindfulness. How Some Are Experiencing this Mind-Body Writing Approach . . .

"The Mind-Body Creativity call was so powerful! I was super blocked on my blog and after our session I felt inspired, excited again and clear on how I wanted to approach it moving forward. Her guidance felt super on point and got at some bigger underlying issues but also gentle in the way she did. I left the call with a whole new framework to approach the blog from now on that is so me. Highly recommend if you're feeling blocked."

"(continued) . . . It’s hard to put into words how invaluable and life-changing Eva’s embodied writing coaching has been for me. As an aspiring author, it can feel so scary and lonely to navigate the writing journey, let alone understand the many ins and outs of the publishing industry. Eva is incredibly empowering and gives you the inspiration and guidance you need to feel confident in embarking on your creative process. She has this intuitive ability to see your blind spots and helps you navigate them with such care and compassion."
